Two New Productions Filming in Sudbury

A feature film and documentary series are setting up to film in Greater Sudbury this month. The feature film Orah is produced by Amos Adetuyi, a Nigerian/Canadian and Sudbury-born filmmaker. He is the Executive Producer of the CBC series Diggstown, and produced Café Daughter, which shot in Sudbury earlier in 2022. The production will be filming from earlier to mid-November.

Pre-production has begun this week on Zombie Town

Pre-production has begun this week on Zombie Town, a film based on a novel by R.L Stine, featuring Dan Aykroyd, directed by Peter Lepeniotis and produced by John Gillespie from Trimuse Entertainment, shooting in August and September 2022. This is the second film Trimuse has produced in Greater Sudbury, the other being 2017’s the Curse of Buckout Road.
