1) Login to GTranslate at https://my.gtranslate.io/login
2) Click on “Settings” in the left navigation.
3) Click on the “Find and Replace” tab.
4) Click the “Add” button in the “Replace in Translated HTML” box.
5) In the popup, fill out the fields, set it for the French site only and click the “Add” button.
It takes a few minutes for the changes to take effect.
